We already use dispatch software. Why switch?

Most dispatch software stops at the schedule. Excern also brokers jobs to haulers in your network and bills tons and extra days from the scale ticket.

Do I have to own trucks?

No. Brokers run Excern without a truck. If you own some trucks and broker the rest, both run on the same board.

Do my drivers need new phones?

No. The app runs on the iPhone or Android phone they already have.

Can it charge my customers on its own?

No. Extra tons, extra days and dry runs wait in a queue with the proof attached. You approve each one before it reaches an invoice.

How does container tracking work?

Every can is tracked by its painted number. The delivery starts its rental clock, and a swap puts the old can on the truck until its ticket is in.
